Seedlac we have been able to offer Seedlac that is mostly used for conversion into Bleached Shellac and different types of Shellac. It is procured from Sticklac which is first crushed & sieved to remove dust & sand, and later washed in large vats repeatedly. The lac is rubbed against the walls of the vat which breaks open the insect bodies and dissolves the coloring matter in aqueous medium. Cleaned lac is thus spread on large, clean, open air floor to dry. Once it dries, it is then winnowed and sieved to get the optimum quality Seedlac.
