Shellac Varities The process includes separating pure lac from seed lac through stem heating of seedlac and squeezing the soft molten lac through filter by means of hydraulic presses. Obtained molten lac is then stretched by using rollers, which convert them into long and continuous sheets that is broken into pieces.
